  Click here to see a large picture of Dot-To-Dot Templates. This activity is used to practice writing numerals, counting, or beginning number operations. Numerals (1-10) are printed on one side of the template. Sets of shapes representing the numbers are printed on the other side. Use an exacto knife to cut on the square shaped openings on each template. Students either copy the numerals or count the geometric shapes and then write the numerals in the square openings on the card. After the numerals are recorded, the template is removed. The students connect the numerals in sequence from 1 to 10 to create a dot-to-dot picture. There are 14 different templates per set.
